The quality of commercial garlic begins with the soil. UDAZ uses organic fertilizers without chemical or mineral overload, creating a stable environment for plant development from day one.

This approach reduces risks, improves uniform emergence, and lays the foundation for predictable yields. Field preparation is not a separate stage but part of a fully managed garlic cultivation technology.

Mechanized harvesting of “aerial” garlic seedlings

We demonstrate how mechanized harvesting of “aerial” garlic seedlings is carried out at the UDAZ farm using specialized equipment. This industrial approach reduces the cost of planting material, enables fast and efficient harvesting of large volumes, and helps prepare for the next season.

Aerial bulbils. Variety rejuvenation and stability

To preserve garlic genetics and vigor, UDAZ applies aerial bulbil technology. This approach allows the variety to be rejuvenated, ensures clean planting material, and provides stable results in industrial production.

The technology is implemented at scale and is part of the full UDAZ production cycle.

Complete clove separation cycle. Precise planting material selection

UDAZ applies a complete clove separation cycle that includes manual inspection and automatic calibration of planting material. Damaged and non-standard cloves are removed before planting, reducing risks and ensuring a stable field start.

UDAZ uses specialized Zocapi machinery for precise mechanized garlic planting. Depth and spacing are maintained with high accuracy, and each fraction is planted using individual settings.

Inter-row garlic herbicide treatment

We demonstrate the inter-row garlic treatment process using Zocapi equipment. Precise and efficient work: clean rows, eliminated weeds, and maximum plant protection.

Garlic fertilization using the CULTAN method

We demonstrate the fertilization process for garlic crops at the UDAZ farm using CULTAN technology. Nitrogen is applied precisely to the root zone, reducing nutrient losses, stimulating root growth, increasing yields, and ensuring efficient garlic development.

UDAZ uses a specialized Zocapi combine harvester to harvest garlic with minimal mechanical damage. Process control preserves product quality and reduces yield losses at the final stage of the season.

UDAZ performs processing, sorting, and packaging of garlic according to market requirements and client needs. Products are cleaned, manually refined, and prepared for sale without additional operations.

Finished garlic is supplied in crates or mesh bags, allowing immediate market entry. This stage completes the managed production cycle and secures the commercial result.
