UDAZ complies with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition, complete with all packaging and accessories.
  • Zocapi equipment made or delivered on request is not subject to return, except in case of manufacturing defects.
  • Report any defect or discrepancy within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Deadlines

  • Return or exchange requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days.
  • We will review your request within 5 business days.

Shipping

  • All shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of product defect.
